Th service is bad when returning faulty item.

So disappointed in how Takealot deals with customers when they return their faulty items, i brought a hisense sound bar on Takealot 2 months later the soundbar doesn't work. They opened a fault reff and closed it without refunding me back because their team were not able to locate the item that i dropped off at Midrand pickup point as if it is my fault that they cant locate it. I am so disappointed right now and i need my money now.
