Terribly poor customer service and no product description on items for sale.

<p>complaint Re: ********** 5 (Ref. ********** )</p> <p>On the 01/03/2017 i purchased a product off your website which had no description of size. On the 02/03/2017 early morning i emailed Takealot asking for a description on the product. Later the evening i had still not heard any feedback and phoned your call centre and spoke to Ricardo who told me the problem has been escalated and they would get back to me. 03/03/2017 1pm i still never heard back from Takealot and called in again and spoke to Zulpha Moyce. She told me that it takes 48hrs to get information from your suppliers ...but then told me that the product description is available and now showing on your website.<br />So basically Takealot has now corrected their website and product info but none of your staff can take the time to get back to me (the customer).<br />It is not the first time i receive nothing but poor service from Takealot and in future if you dont have info like the basic size of your products, dont list it !!!</p>
