Terribly Disappointing Service

I am so disappointed in my whole experience with Takealot. After MUCH communication back and forth (over a number of days), my request for return was rejected due to their policy - but it is their unwillingness to meet customers halfway, and not seeing each situation individually that has completely put me off Takealot. I understand that policies are put in place for protection, but good customer service means viewing the unique situation and trying to HELP a customer. What a terrible, terrible experience. The lack of personal interaction, the drawn-out process, and the chain of emails without being willing to help or meet me halfway has left me with an awful taste towards Takealot. Terribly, terribly disappointed in Takealot and their "customer service".
