Terrible, terrible, terrible.

First time I've ever used takealot and very dissapointed. Used a voucher because it was my first time. Ordered 5 items paid for those items, took two weeks to recieve what i paid for and then they delived only 4 out of the 5. Called the call centre to complain they said I would be contacted and refunded for the one item. Still no communication or any refunds. Would not recomend to anyone, very very bad service.
