Terrible service and ********* behavior from Takealot.com. They are willing to take a person's money before lockdown without fulfilling orders. And how terrible is that you have removed all your contact numbers from your google listings and any other form of media. I could have purchased the stuff I required from a brick and mortar retail if you have advised me that you won't be able to fulfill my order. At the end of the day it's only fair that you communicate this with your customers in advance if you can't or not able to deliver on your promises.
