TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY!

Purchased a cricut machine and it did not work. I contacted takealot and they arranged a return. When i contacted takealot again to ask if i can request a new machine instead of a refund as cricut mentioned it could be just a machine fault they cancelled the return and made me log a new one. Since then i have had 5 machines logged for return on my account and no return provided or help given to rectify the error. They have not refunded me either. So no machine no refund. They do not respond to emails and the number the provided for contact rings and cuts off. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would never buy from Takealot ever again as i need that R3000 and cannot afford for Takealot to just hold back my money. i have sent over 20 emails to them, contacted them via instagram as well with no help. I am now at my wits end with this company.
