Terrible terrible delivery service

I actually want to rate it half a star!!!!! This is the 3rd order consecutively that I have issues with. And it's so sad to see a service that was once so good and trustworthy, now 3 years later - Terrible!

Apart from the fact that every time I make a new order the delivery time seems to be longer than the previous time. It never gets delivered om time.

I placed an order on the 23rd of September. The order consists of 2 birthday presents, diapers and a few other stuff to make the delivery worthwhile.

Estimated delivery date 9 September. It's been delayed everyday since the 9th. On the 15th my order was marked delivered. When I queried this, I was informed it's been delivered to an outside delivery Company who will deliver my order on the 21st of September. Well after al lot of emails, big apologies, I still don't have my order!!! Every time I query, even if I reply to the email send to me by a pecific person. A new person answers me. This is so frustrating. As every guy apologizes but nothing gets sorted out.

I am so done with takealot, the high prices and the delivery service that is non existing
