Terrible Terrible Customer Service - Thanks for *****ing from me Takelot!!

Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered 3 products for delivery. The delivery person only dropped off two and said to pay the full amount and call head office to sort out as they will send the 3rd product. I even tipped the guy. Well when I called they said that they had updated my bill with that product now taken off but I NEVER received another invoice from Takelot. This person that works for Takelot **** and they believe this person over me and I spend alot of money at Takelot. Is this how you treat your customers now that you are big enough to ignore the small guy. Cant believe lie at Takelot. I would never give them my credit card or debit details. Dont trust them!!!
