Terrible Takelot

I placed an order with Takelot on the 29 March 2025, and the other was to be delivered on the 1st of April 2025. There has been excuses that the delivery people cannot find my address. Remember I have used this address with no issues before. I don't believe that they can't find the address, but rather that someone is not doing their job. Cancellation at this stage is subject to Takelot discretion, which leaves me as a customer at a great disadvantage
