Terrible Takealot Service!!!!

We returned a airsoft gun that my son bought, the gas canisters were leaking when placed inside the gun. The products was scheduled for return, picked up, and then I got a mail asking for the accessories, the bullets are here and I advised that can be picked up, however I advised that we don't have the gas cartridges as I wasn't going to keep leaking gas canisters in my house. Thus far there has been no response or resolution, just a mail stating that if I don't respond on when all the accessories can be picked up then the broken gun would be delivered back to me. How does this work, who in their right minds keep leaking gas in their homes, I even told them to deduct the amount for the gas and bullets, but nothing, not hearing anything. I emailed Francis at Takealot back asking for any update, but absolutely nothing.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and mindset at this point!!!
