Terrible Takealot service

Order *** Absolutely useless service from Takealot. Ordered dog food on 20 February, still hadn't arrived. I have phoned the call centre 6 times and not a single person helped me. I was told the package was lost in transit, but I haven't received a single update. Then this morning (28 February) a driver arrives at my gate to "collect a return"? I don't have the dog food! I just want the order to arrive! I would like to know how Takealot will resolve this and compensate me for the lack of communication and assistance for over a week!
