Terrible Takealot

Every single time I have placed a order since December 2021, I have had to return items due to damages and being the completely wrong. Fed up. I can never simple exchange the items for the correct ones, as they are then conveniently out of stock. Everytime I write a bad review about a damaged or wrong item on the product review, ot gets declined. So no one ever gets to read about the terrible condition products are received. Went from amazing to terrible.
