TERRIBLE TAKEALOT AND SKYWORTH

I purchased a skyworth 40 inch smart tv from takealot back in 2020, the unit worked well, however the remote would not work from time to time, eventually it stopped working completely and i logged it with takealot for repair, the TV was collected and sent for repairs, today I received the unit (6 weeks later) and nothing has changed.. still does not work but takealot states it was repaired. And to make matters worse we received the TV back terribly packaged, when we sent the unit, we packaged it as we received it as new, when we received it today, the foam that holds the unit in place was missing leaving the television and remote free move around and get more damaged further during transportation.

This service is terrible and a waste of my time and effort.
