Terrible Takealot

My order was schedules to be delivered on the 20th of Aug 2024. I asked on the 21st where my order was. An agent e-mailed that they are following up. On the 21st late afternoon I asled again what the update was as the Takealot Couriers should really only be one phone call away. They rep**** on the 22nd they overlooked my request but NOW they will follow up. On the 22nd one of two boxes arrived. Tje courier said he saw the 2/2 box in the warehouse with a ‘claimed’ sticker on and he was not allowed to take the box for delivery with 1/2. I again e-mailed the agent and again the same line: thank you for your patience and they will follow up with the couriers. It is bow the 24th with no feedback, no delivery scheduled. Terribel Takealot. Just terrible.
