Terrible Takealot

Terrible service from takealot!

I received an email on Thursday stating that two of the files out of my order were out of stock, and as a result I cancelled those two files so that I could receive my order today.Yesterday I enquired on the status of my order and I was told that my order is being picked and packaged from the warehouse and that I should receive an sms today to collect it from the collection point. Today I phoned takealot and was told that there it does not show on the tracking that the order was being picked and packaged and also more than two of the files out of the order are out of stock.Firstly I don't appreciate being strung along and **** to like this.Secondly I was only told that two of the files are out of stock hence cancelled the two, only to discover today that more of the files are out of stock.At the end of the day I don't have any of my order today like what I was told.

Very unsatisfied with the way in which this order was dealt with.
