Terrible Takealot

It seems as though when Companies grow in South Africa their worse service gets. I ordered 2 Bags Of Dog Food from Takealot about a month ago. They delivered 1 bag, 3 days later than promised. And almost 3 weeks later no sign of the 2nd bag. Automated responses seem to be the order of the day, and in true big corporation style no one will take responsibility. or even give you the correct person to speak to. I have spoken to a Regional Manager as well as the owner of the Warehouse and no luck. The Regional Manager just gave me the Call Centre number that is constantly engaged, and said "Hope this Helps".
