Terrible support on receipt of defective products

2nd time in a row that I have received defective earphones. 1st one I received were wireless earphones and they would disconnect every 30seconds. I send them back straight away. Then received an email with photos of earphones that were so old with dust on and earwax so they said they can't process a refund. They were clearly not the ones I received for a day. They must have been swopped in the return process. It's been over a month since I complained and haven't had any response.

Just received a new pair of earphones that were twice as expensive as I didn't want to order the same and never received a replacement. They look like used earphones and ALSO defective on receipt of the product. Will never order earphones from them again, maybe not even any products as their return process is USELESS.
