Terrible Support

I logged a return in May and till today i am still waiting on a refund for a faulty product that they collected and just left at their warehouse due to the supplier being closed, so surely they should have known the supplier is closed and make alternative arrangements. I also have not heard from them, i have to keep mailing them to get a response - RRN-bd69-7387
