TERRIBLE SITE NO OPTIONS FOR QUERIES

I placed a order on Takealot for 4 items when I collected the order and opened it at home there were only 3 items. There is no heat spray. I requested updated invoices. I called the call Centre number in the internet that is a joke and there is no way to log this on their site. You can't add information you can't type reasons there is not a other box that you can give more information
