Terrible service with return under warranty investigation

I returned the robot vacuum cleaner for inspection as the fan does not work anymore. Absolutely NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!!! They just said items short, I did email them and told them I can bring in the docking station and mop as well but something needs to happen and now I am being completely ignored!!!!
