Terrible service when you need to return something.

I returned a faulty item that wasn't able to be satisfactorily dealt with because I didn't want to return everything, so I asked for the item back to take it to the supplier myself. The wrong address was given to the couriers and now my item is lost and the person dealing with this, Alistair Jaftha, never gets back to me. I don't know who else to contact to help me.
