Terrible Service wasting my money

Sorry we cant take your call at the moment our operating ours are from 8am to 7 pm we cant take your call right now, its not even 6 PM yet and you guys already don't answer your calls!! i cant believe you guys are waiting my time like this i was told via SMS my order will be delivered before 5 pm, i called at 4:30 to confirm delivery as it is to be delivered at my work and was told the driver is close and should call just after 5 if the driver isn't here yet and tried to call but get the stupid voice prompt and call is killed. I am currently on leave and already had to drive to work as order was already delayed and now I'm sitting at work been waiting nearly the whole day to witch I still have not received anything
