TERRIBLE SERVICE - TERRIBLE COMPANY

I am EXTREMELY angry and Will share this post on all MEDIA platforms We are registered on the Takealot Platform under my Spouses name , I bought a New Cell Phone ( POCO M3 ) in August last year and last week after plugging the phone in on charge it JUST never came back , on I as a Consumer also did not send back the Charging Block after I have returned the Phone and I am now Waiting 2 days for them to collect ! Meaning I am out of Pocket with no Phone for 2 more Days CAN ANYONE from MANAGMENT get This BLOCK collected and my Phone replaced ASAP REF MRRN-GVKE9-976V (***) Poco M3 128GB Dual Sim
