Terrible Service Takealot.com!

I ordered a tommee tippee sippy cup for my baby on the 22nd March 2022 reference number ***

I received my parcel on the 24th March 2022.

When I opened the parcel it was a damaged sippy cup that looks as something has been biting on the rubber handles and the lid has scratches.

This is very disappointing as the items should be looked at before packing something like this to customers the quality should be checked this sippy cup looks like it has been used or something and I have pictures as well.
