TERRIBLE SERVICE TAKEALOT /BODYPERFECT

I'm really very disappointed in TAKEALOT's service delivery. I never had problems before with them until now. I went and bought a Hifu RF machine through them but the machine could not even switch on. I phoned TAKEALOT and they told me there is no warranty on the item.
