TERRIBLE SERVICE TAKEALOT

I am so disappointed with the service from Takealot.

I bought 2 blue light glasses from Takealot which were poorly made, as I was sitting at my desk and the lens just fell out. the Frame snapped. I WAS SITTING AT MY DESK and this happened.

I tried to return and it was sent back to me, I then again told them it was poor quality and they told me to do the return again. with more details it was denied again, without them even paying attention to my return notes.

In have been buying from takealot years and it is so dissappointing to see their actual lack of concern when they have poor quality items and then to not get a response from anyone to actually assist me.

So disgusting.
