Terrible Service Take a lot

Logged a return after receiving the sealed parcel from the pickup point in Vanderbijlpark. Product was incomplete and a return was logged (MRRN-06WXR-BQ4D). this was for a Alcohol tester. only the charging cable was received. The return was authorised on 02 December. So far............. No forthcoming info on when the required article will be replaced (07 December). If i request a response from the e-mail address from where the authorisation for return come from, is is populated to be an incorrect addres?

Where can i get info on when the correct item will be shipped to me?
