Terrible Service - Refusal to refund a faulty product

I wish I could rate Takelot 0 stars. I recently had to return a chair twice because both times it was left-leaning. They accepted the first return because it was within 30 days. They refuse to accept the second return (within 60 days, well within the warranty period of 6 months) because "the product isn't faulty" even though it is clearly a manufacturing issue as BOTH chairs were faulty in the same way.
