Terrible service overall

Experienced the most *****ulent behavior from this company being such a popular online retailer. ordered a samsung a15 5g from them and they delivered me a 4g phone.. had to fight for a refund and they didn't even apologise for sending me the wrong phone that cost less. if I wasn't observant I would carried on thinking I received the correct phone! customer service experience was terrible still waiting for a refund on a screen protector I sent back with the phone. I'm shooketh how terrible my experience was with them
