TERRIBLE SERVICE ON TAKEAOT

Takealot collected a TV from me 3 weeks ago, first they complain there is no box and who keeps a box, that took me 2 weeks to get past, than it now says it is going back to the supplier. Their attitudes are absolutely terrible when you call them about it. they either put the phone down on you when they cannot answer you, and the second person starts shouting at me. IAM A CUSTOMER I HAVE BEEN USING TAKEAOT FOR YEARS, this whole process has taken over 3 weeks, now its going to take even longer because it has now has to go to the supplier, would someone please explain to me how to resolve this and to please sort the attitudes out of the return staff. You do not shout at a customer, when they are always right, that is how business works. Please can someone contact me on *** ASAP about this.
