Terrible service on returned goods (21 days turnaround is a lie)

I bought a microwave from takealot and recently had an issue with it while its still under warranty and they advised me they will refund me or give me a new replacement one if 21 days lapses. it has been 29 Days and when i followup their agents keep telling me they will check with the supplier and get back to me. this is bad cause they do not follow what they promise their customers which is false advertising. I regret why I used takealot to buy this product cause no one seems to help. I want my money back @Takealot, your service sucks.
