TERRIBLE SERVICE NON DELIVER NO ASSISTANCE

Takealot has the absolute worst service to provide!!! What a terrible experience!

I have been using Takealot for the longest of times, before any of my family or friends even started using them I was recommending them. However most recently I have had the worst experience with this service provider or shall a say non existence service!

For those of you fami**** with Takealot you will know that the app or website has a very popular next day delivery tag so that customers can see how fast they are able to receive an item.

Monday morning I quickly rushed to the site looking for a costume for my daughter urgently and came across a costume suitable for the theme available for next day delivery. I purchased the item and even had an option of same day delivery for an additional cost of course at this point I knew I still had some time and opted for the next day delivery, my child at this point was very excited!

Tuesday then comes and I check to see when the item will be delivered, at this point I received an email which says that my delivery will only take place on the 26 September despite it saying at purchase that it will be delivered on the 19 September.

At this point I am in panic mode trying to call Takealot! since then both my husband and I have tried calling them numerous times each time with no assurance that they will sort out this issue. One lady named Melissa managed to get the supplier to get the item to the warehouse by today 20 September but since does not even respond!!!

My husband frantically has been calling Takealot to make sure they collect this at the warehouse to deliver today but no these people of of no use. We have tried numerous times to speak to a manager or team leader or get them to return our call yet NOTHING!!! NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN DENIED ACCESS TO ANY SORT OF SUPERIOR OR MANAGER TO ASSIST WITH A PROBLEM!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE !!! I literally want to cry my poor child will be left out without any costume.

TAKEALOT COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS NEEDS!!!

I have still not been given a Managers name or a telephone number nor has any manager returned my call!

THESE PEOPLE HAVE HUNDREDS OF DRIVERS WHY COULD ONE NOT COLLECT THIS PARCEL AT THE WAREHOUSE AND GET IT TO BE DELIVERED!!!

I AM STILL IN ABSOLUTE DISBELIEF OF THIS HORRIFIC SERVICE WITH NO HELP NO ASSISTANCE FOR SUCH A HUGE COMPANY AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2014!!!

ITS A DISGRACE!
