Terrible Service - No Customer Loyalty

Hi I ordered 4 Books (Whitey Basson) on the 2 Feb . Takealot delivered ONLY two Afrikaans study guides and i logged a return stating exactly That . Takealot picked up the two books and only credit me for two books. However amazingly enough someone used the credit immediately when it as logged . I battled to contact Takealot and when i eventually did - Takealot said they cannot do anything about stopping the ********** purchase. To date i have not been reimbursed for the ********** transaction or the balance due. I have been using Takealot from its inception. They lack customer service
