Terrible Service - Late delivery and missing stock

I ordered stock from Takealot.com and received a message when the estimated delivery will be. The stock never arrived that day. After struggling to contact somebody at Takealot or the courier service we got no answers from either side! Skynet was the courier which I will never ever use as the service we received from them was shocking. Still waiting for a reply on my mail. The stock eventually arrived a week later and 1 item was missing! I have sent numerous mails and every time they say they will get back to me and they never do!!!! LATE DELIVERY STOCK MISSING
