If I could I would give these people a 0, they have been disgusting towards my return. Been awaiting a payment back for 2 weeks and every time I call I get told they will email me and call me back, but obviously this hasn't happened.

Kim Reid you are not a very good CEO, otherwise people wouldn't have these problems. I feel like coming there and ****ing someone at your call center, your service is disgusting!
