Terrible service - going to lose customer

Ordered 2TB HDD on 25 April 2020 but received 1TB drive. It is Wednesday 13th of May 17h06 and after promising me everyday since the 04th May that the incorrect product that was delivered would be collected and the proper product that I ordered would be delivered, I am told that there is no replacement and still I have not had anyone come to collect the item. Please reimburse me my money now as this is utterly ridiculous and extremely pathetic customer service. You guys can come and collect the item whenever as I don't see why i must be inconvenienced due to your companies inability to deliver proper service.
