terrible service from them regarding repairs

<p>i returned my ryobi drill to them for repairs</p> <p> </p> <p>and told them id like it repaired and i do not want a refund yet they keep going back and forth unsure of whats happening with the item </p> <p> </p> <p>the one consultant tells me its on its way , the other tells me its been lost and sent to the wrong department</p> <p>highly disapointed </p> <p> </p> <p>i would really like my repaired drill returned to me and not my account credited</p> <p> </p>
