Terrible service from Takelot!!

Such disappointing service received from takealot. I’ve finally had to resort to writing a review as takealot has left me with no other option. I placed an order with Takealot on the 25th of August for 2 cosmetic products from Pixie. I picked up my order on the 30th of August from the Faerie Glen pick up point only to open it at home to find a single tin of Nivea mens deodorant!! I immediately called Takelot and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Xavier. He told me to reseal the box and takealot would pick it up. I then received another email from Takelot the next day to please open the box and take a picture of which is just crazy after telling me to seal it! I waited for Takelot to eventually pick up the package on the 31st of August. . A lady called me from Takelaot on Wednesday evening after 8pm to tell me the one product is out of stock!! I then told her to send me the one she has and refund the other. Still nothing has happened. This company knows nothing about customer service and I’ll definitely never make use of them in future. Pure fustation!! They also terrible at answering their phones, tried this morning again and eventually hung up!! Not advisable to order from this company.
