Terrible service from Takealot return department !!

So disappoint and frustrated with this order: Order and paid for my fridge on Takealot app, Got delivered within 4 days, on delivery when we opened and unpacked the fridge it was all dented in. Takealot came to collect the fridge the next day, It’s not been 8 days and I don’t have a replacement or a refund When talking to the help desk and the return department their responds to my mail” they keep escalating the matter and will get back to me” then the next day I get another email from a different person asking “was the fridge damaged” I sent the pictures, then next day I get another email from different person asking the same question..

This is terrible service , today is the 9th day and I am still sitting with no fridge!
