Terrible service from Takealot order no - ***

I had the worst service ever. I wanted to surprise my friend with a gift on her Birthday the 25th of April. Was suppose to be a same day delivery. Today is 4 May and the delivery was not done yet. We gave them the address numerous times and provided them with a Pin location. She received deliveries at this address before, but they keep having the excuse they cant find the address. I suspect that there is a problem with this order and they are not honest about it. I don't get any feedback on my emails and it so frustrating not able to call anyone to sort it out. They really spoiled this special gift I wanted to give to my friend for her 50th Birthday. As it stands now they stoled my money as i paid for a order that is not delivered and missing. I will never ever use them again and will not recommend anyone to use them. Some of my orders I got before was damaged and clearly used before. Think twice before ordering something from Takealot. There are other less frustrating options.
