Terrible Service from Takealot for not taking responsibility for items damaged by their courier

I recently returned an item for a warranty claim and the couriers broke the item beyond repair after it was collected. Takealot is taking no responsibility for this and are blaming me for incorrect packaging. The item was work >R4500 which is now my loss due to their incompetence.

Takealot ...your customer service is terrible. You have now lost 2 loyal customers!!!!!! And I will definitely share my horrible experience.
