Terrible service from takealot delivery

The courier company used there is the worst got message saying the delivery will be made and the driver will call me , the next thing when i track the parcel it say delivery failed , how if no one has ever called me or attempted to get reach of me ,they are so lazy and they don't care about the customers they just wan to push their deliveries to reach the target maybe and the other driver once mentioned they start by the malls first and afterwards that's when they deliver to individuals if is not late for them , im so disappointed and furious the order was made and paid for on the 30th May .Order #***. even today i m still waiting for my orders and no one from the courier company called me or text me
