Terrible service from Takealot

Disgudted with the service they are providing, i purchased a hair curler from them only to receive a tiny hair dryer isnted, secondly it tok them 3 days inorder to collect the correct item and today is not the 3rd day after collecting and no one has contacted me to tell me when i will be receiving the repalacement order. I have sent numerous emails to Oliva Standford and Ayanda Nyalela and to date no one had the dececny to respond. I dont understand how they provide a ****ty service like this where they employ people to do a customer care job and no one gets back to you. Even after writing 2 comments on their reviews i still have not even received a response regarding my queries.
