Terrible service from Takealot.

I am absolutely horrified by the service I have received from Takealot. I orded a. Fridge on the 29th of Jan and it said I would receive it on the 4th of Feb. On the 4th of Feb I got an sms to say it was out on delivery and I should receive it before 5pm. It never arrived. I emailed takealot on the 5th I was told that they would contact the delivery company and get back to me they never did. Fridge never arrived on the 5th. On Saturday the 6th I emailed them again and phoned, I was told that they would take the issue to the relevant people and get back to me, they never did. I emailed today Sunday the 7th and have been told they will see to the matter and still not heard from them, I tried to call and waited 20 minutes with music playing in my ear and Noone answered my call. I don't understand why noone can answer me and tell me where my order of my fridge is. I don't know if my money has been ****** now! I need help.
