Terrible service from takealot consultants

Got terrible service from takealot. A few weeks ago i ordered a couple of items and did not want one item on the list anymore so i send a email and the person removed that one item for me and still send me the rest. So this week i did the same and send an email and this person told me i must first wait to receive the delivery date and then send an email and then they wil remove it and still send the rest so i waited and send several emails after that and they told me they will let me know. Today i saw the deliver is on the way and that item was not removed as i asked. They do not communicate well and now i have to send it back again for a refund and i do not have time because i am no the road all the time
