Terrible Service from TakeAlot.com

<p>I placed a order with Takealot.com on the 7th of December and ensure that it shows stock available and that delivery can take 5 to 7 days from order. As this was a Christmas present there was more than enough time and the delivery was scheduled for the 22nd of December. I was notified on the 20th of December that my order was delayed and I would not receive it before Christmas day. With no time left to order from some where else I had to take time off from work to get a new present. I informed them on the 21st of December that they need to cancel my order and return my money paid to them. I was only notified on the 22nd of December at 6:23 PM that the order is canceled and the money will be returned in 3 to 5 Business days. I personally will not be using them again because of this unprofessional service.</p>
