terrible service from Takealot

I am very disappointed with takealot as well as its personnel. I bought items and paid and have been awaiting delivery for the items. I have changed my shipment address on the system and still find my items being delivered at wrong address. I need this issue to be resolved, I do not find the customer care department to be of any use as I have spoken to 3 different people. Still no resolution. I just need this matter sorted urgently ***
