Terrible service from takealot

I placed an order of a 2 piece blue corner couch 16th of November, on the 4th a one piece grey thing was delivered it looked nothing like the couch ordered. I called them logged in a return sent emails & requested for a refund . They came to fetch the wrong order on the 6th & I was told they will investigate what happened. Up to now I’m still waiting what a pathetic service now I’m at my new place with no couch I’m so inconvenienced up until now I haven’t gotten my refund nor a reason as to what happened
