Terrible service from Takealot.

Takealot offers the worst customer service. They cause the problem and the customer has to bear the brunt of it. I ordered an invertor on the 3/12 for delivery on the 6/12. They delivered a box of wine instead of the invertor. The box of wine had all of my details so where is the quality control??? The worst part is, according to their Manager (Wade) they have to follow process and I must wait a further 3 days to receive the invertor as they are too busy to prioritize the delivery even though it was their fault! How does one work in prolonged loadshedding? Clearly Takealot does not take their customers seriously as the Manager even laughed when I told him about the issue.
