Terrible service from Takealot

I've always experienced Takealot as a proffesional, customer orientated organisation. However I'm now starting to have my doubts I ordered a 32cm frying pan with a lid and 6.3 liter capacity. The frying pan that gets delivered is 28cm and 3.9 liter capacity with a lid. THIS HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES. I cannot find a similar pan elsewhere. When ever I log the return I explain the problem to the agent I have also independantly logged a "complaint" while acknowledged nothing happens. I've found that if there are negative remarks in your review on takealot its not published. Hopefully this may encourage takealot to attend to the problem.
